Education Qualification: M.Sc, M.Tech, B.Tech / Environmental Engineering / Environmental Management / Environmental Science
Experience: 3- 5 years
Technical Preferences: Should have experience in CRZ projects
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate must be familiar with Parivesh Portal
- Candidate must be familiar with MPCB Portal
- Must have knowledge of notifications and OMs governing the EIA process, especially CRZ projects. Must have knowledge of EIA, Form-1, Form-1A, ToR
- Project scoping and client interaction
- Must be knowledge of MPCB consent to establish and consent to operate
- Co-ordination with clients and other experts for data collection
- Preparing pre-feasibility, EIA / EMP Reports, Technical liaising along with technical presentations, SEAC, SEIAA, SPCB, EAC MoEF & CC
- Assisting in internal and external audits
- Able to work with Government Organizations like MPCB, MCZMAs
- Providing support to the wider Environmental team
- Attending business inquiries and preparing the techno- commercial offers according to the client’s requirements
- Technical liaising along with technical presentations, SEAC, SEIAA, SPCB, EAC MoEF & CC
- Knowledge of Environmental Issues

Job Description for Compliance
Qualification: M.Sc., Environmental Science
Experience: 5-10 Years
Job Location: Thane
Position: Compliance Manager
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate must be familiar with Parivesh Portal
- Candidate must be familiar with MPCB Portal
- To be responsible for preparation, compilation, documentation & submission of Post Monitoring Report (Six Monthly Compliance Reports)
- Preparation and submission of six-monthly compliance reports to MoEF (Ministry of Environment & Forest), Nagpur and MPCB (Maharashtra Pollution Control Board), Mumbai in June and December of every year
- Provide technical assistance to the clients regarding compilation of data required for six monthly compliance reports
- Provide technical assistance to the clients regarding Sewage Treatment Plant and Organic Waste Converter
- Submission of Battery Waste Annual Return in prescribed format (Form-III) in every June as per MPCB consent requirement
- Preparation of Manifest of Hazardous Waste Annual Return in prescribed format (Form-10) before every disposal as per MPCB consent requirement
- Submission of Hazardous Waste Annual Return in prescribed format (Form-IV) in every June as per MPCB consent requirement
- Submission of Environmental Statement in prescribed format (Form-V) in September as per MPCB consent requirement
- Preparation of RO request letters
- Responsible for arrangement of site visit of Regional Officer, MoEF & CC, Nagpur for Compliance report certification
- Responsible to provide all necessary documents, which are asked by RO during project site visit and prepare site visit report
- Responsible for preparation action taken report against monitoring report submitted by RO
- Follow up and get constantly touch with RO till provide the closure report
- Must be knowledge of EIA, Form-1, Form-1A and consolidated statement
- Must be knowledge of MPCB consent to establish and consent to operate
- Co-ordination with clients and subordinates for data collection
- Preparing replies and queries of MPCB & MoEF on behalf of our clients
- To conduct Environment monitoring Survey through our laboratory
- Preparing Offers / Quotation
- Maintaining the Account Statement for Sales & Recovery
- To collate data required to prepare MIS report on a monthly basis
- Must be habitual for travel
- Must be dedicated and sincere
- Capable to work under pressure
- Able to work with Government Organizations like MHADA & MPCB
Key Competencies (Technical, Functional & Behavioural)
- Familiar with Parivesh & MPCB Online Portals
- Good knowledge of EC conditions & respective replies
- Good knowledge of Regulatory compliances of Environmental Clearance & MPCB consent
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English, Marathi & Hindi
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PPT
- Must be habitual for travel
- Must be dedicated and sincere
- Capable to work under pressure
